The Products page
See each product's average rating and review count at a glance
The Products page shows every product on your store with its review count, average rating, and recent activity. It's the fastest way to spot which products need attention and which are quietly racking up praise.
Where to find it
Open the Products page from the app's main nav.
What you see
Each row in the table shows:
- Product image and title
- Average star rating (with stars displayed)
- Total review count
- Date of the most recent review
The table is sortable — click any column header to sort by that field. Most stores sort by review count to find their most-reviewed products, or by average rating to spot underperformers.
Opening a product's reviews
Click any product row to jump to the Reviews page pre-filtered for that product. You'll see only that product's reviews, with the same moderation and reply tools as the main Reviews page.
Search
Use the search bar at the top to find products by name. Useful when you have hundreds of products and need to check a specific one.
What the app maintains in Shopify
For every product, the app keeps two standard Shopify metafields up to date:
reviews.rating— the average rating (1.0 to 5.0)reviews.rating_count— the total approved review count
These are the standard metafields Shopify themes and other apps know how to read. That's how the star rating badges show up on collection pages, how Google rich snippets work, and how any future Shopify app can use your review data without integration work.
These metafields update automatically whenever a review is approved, edited, unpublished, or deleted. You don't need to do anything to keep them in sync.
