The Reviews page

Find, edit, reply to, and bulk-manage every review

The Reviews page is the day-to-day hub for everything review-related. Find any review fast, moderate it, reply to it, or update its rating from one place.

The reviews index

Open the Reviews page from the app's main nav. You'll see every review in a sortable, filterable table with:

  • Product name
  • Star rating
  • Author name
  • Review title (truncated)
  • Status (pending / approved / rejected / unpublished)
  • Submission date
  • Verified-purchase badge
  • Photo indicator (camera icon if the review has photos)

Filters

Filter the list using the controls above the table:

  • Status — pending, approved, rejected, unpublished
  • Rating — 1 through 5 stars
  • Verified only — show only reviews tied to a matched order
  • With photos — show only reviews that include photos
  • Source — app submission, CSV import, or storefront form

Combine filters to find specific reviews fast — "pending + 1-star + with photos" surfaces the most urgent moderation items.

Use the search bar to find reviews by:

  • Author name
  • Reviewer email
  • Review title
  • Review body text

Searches are case-insensitive and match partial words.

The review detail page

Click any row in the table to open the review detail page. From here you can:

  • Approve / reject / publish / unpublish the review
  • Edit the title, body, or rating (use sparingly — only for typos or removing personal info)
  • Reply publicly to the review (see Replying to reviews)
  • Delete the review entirely (permanent — can't be undone)
  • See the review's full metadata: submission date, source, verified status, country code, helpful count

Bulk actions

Select multiple reviews using the checkboxes in the leftmost column. The bulk actions bar at the top lets you:

  • Approve — publish all selected at once
  • Reject — hide all selected
  • Delete — permanently remove (a confirmation prompt prevents accidents)

Pagination

The table paginates server-side, so even with tens of thousands of reviews the page loads instantly. Adjust your filters to narrow the list before paging through.
