Dashboard Overview

Understand your link metrics and navigation

The app's home page is an overview: headline numbers along the top, then your five most recent links. The full list, with search, filters and sorting, lives on its own Links page. Everything else hangs off five navigation items.

Metrics along the top

Once you have created at least one link, four figures appear at the top of the home page. Two of them are clickable shortcuts.

  • Total Links - Every link in your account, active and expired
  • Clicks Today - Today's clicks with a percentage badge comparing them to yesterday. When there were no clicks today or yesterday it switches to Clicks (7 days) and compares against the previous seven days instead. Click it to open Analytics.
  • Active Links - Links that still redirect, meaning they have no expiry date or one in the future. Click it to open Links filtered down to those.
  • Created This Week - Links made since Monday, with a percentage badge comparing the count to last week

Below the metrics, the home page lists your five newest links with their names, short URLs and click counts. View all opens the full Links page. If you only have a handful of links this card is your whole list, and there is no need to go further.

Links in the navigation opens every link you have made. Each row shows:

  • Link Details - The link's name, or its destination URL when it has no name. A chain icon reveals the destination on hover, and a note icon appears when the link has a private note.
  • Short URL - The link's short key
  • Copy - Copies the full short URL to your clipboard, ready to paste
  • Clicks - The link's lifetime click count
  • Status - Active when there is no expiry date, Expires on with the date when one is set, and Expired once that date has passed

Click a link's name or its short key to open its own page.

Filtering, searching and sorting

Four filters sit above the table, with a search box and a sort menu beside them. All three work together, so you can sort inside a filtered search and page through the result without losing your place.

  • All Links - Everything, whatever its status
  • Active - No expiry date, or an expiry date still in the future
  • No Expiry - Only links that never expire
  • Expired - Links whose expiry date has passed

Search looks at names, destination URLs and private notes.

Sort by offers:

  • Newest first - The default
  • Oldest first
  • Most clicks - Your best performers at the top, whatever their age
  • Name (A-Z)
  • Expiring soon - Links closest to lapsing first, useful before a campaign ends

Opening a link shows everything about it in one place:

  • Original URL and Shortened URL - Both with a Copy button
  • QR Code - The code for that link, with Download PNG and Download SVG buttons
  • Expiry Date - A banner appears only when the link has an expiry date, telling you when it lapses or that it already has
  • Clicks - The last seven days as a chart, with a View full analytics link through to the link's detailed report
  • Notes - Your private note, when you added one

The actions at the top of the page are Create New Link, Edit and Delete. Editing covers the link's name and private note; the short key and destination are fixed once a link exists.

Create Short Link sits at the top right of both the home page and the Links page, and in the middle of the screen before you have made your first link. It opens the form where you paste a destination and press Generate Short Link.

  • Home - This page: metrics and your five most recent links
  • Links - Every link, with search, filters and sorting
  • Analytics - Click charts, top links, referrers and device breakdowns. Requires a paid plan.
  • Settings - UTM passthrough, integrations, and your plan
  • Support - Help articles and announcements

Inside Settings there are two pages worth knowing about:

  • Integrations - Lists the four events this app can send to Shopify Flow, so you can see what an automation could start from
  • Sidekick - Example phrasings for asking Shopify Sidekick about your links. A callout on the home page links here too, until you dismiss it.
