Multi Ship charges per destination: every extra address an order ships to counts as one destination. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of destinations and lower the price of each destination beyond it. All plans include the full checkout experience — the differences are the monthly allowance, the per-destination price, and two merchant tools on Growth and above.

Plans

  • Pay As You Go — Free to install. No destinations included; 50¢ per destination.

  • Starter — $4.99/month. 50 destinations included each month, then 30¢ per destination.

  • Growth — $14.99/month. 100 destinations included, then 15¢ per destination.

  • Advanced — $49.99/month. 300 destinations included, then 10¢ per destination.

  • Business — $99.99/month. 1,000 destinations included, then 5¢ per destination.

  • Enterprise — $249.99/month. 5,000 destinations included, then 2¢ per destination.

Included on every plan

  • Multi-address checkout — customers ship one order to many addresses in a single payment

  • Automated shipping rates — live rates from your store’s shipping settings, per destination

  • Automated tax calculation — sales tax computed per destination address

  • Address autocomplete — plus saved addresses for logged-in customers and CSV address import

Included on Growth and above

  • Per-shipment handling fee — add a fee of your choosing to each destination’s shipping cost

  • Hide shipping rates on split orders — rules that hide specific rates from split shipments, for example any rate whose name contains “Express” or any rate below a price you set

How destinations are counted

An order shipped to 3 addresses uses 3 destinations. Included destinations reset at the start of each billing month, and usage charges appear on your regular Shopify bill. There is a usage cap on every plan, so charges can never run away unexpectedly.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Plans page inside the app. If you downgrade below Growth, the handling fee and shipping-rate rules simply stop applying — nothing breaks, and your settings are kept in case you upgrade again.
