Multi Ship can split subscription orders across multiple addresses — for example, sending the same recurring box to yourself and to a family member. This works together with the Pasilobus Subscriptions app, which handles the recurring billing and delivery for each destination.

What you need

  • Multi Ship — lets the customer split their items across addresses at checkout, exactly the same way they do for a one-time order.

  • Pasilobus Subscriptions — turns each destination into its own recurring delivery, so renewals continue to ship to every address on schedule.

Both apps must be installed on your store. Multi Ship still splits regular one-time orders on its own — the Subscriptions app is only required for splitting subscription orders.

How it works

  • The customer selects a subscription and assigns items to addresses at checkout, just like a normal split order.

  • Each address is set up as its own recurring delivery, kept on the same billing and delivery schedule so shipments stay in sync.

  • Shipping and tax are calculated per destination, the same as a one-time split order.

Managing subscription splits

Each destination is managed as a recurring delivery in the Subscriptions app, where pauses, skips, frequency changes, and address updates are handled. Multi Ship’s role is limited to capturing the split at checkout.
