Every order that includes a product customization is collected in one place so you can see exactly what each customer asked for — and export it all to a spreadsheet. This is especially useful for production and fulfillment, where you need each option value broken out into its own column rather than buried in a line-item note.

Open Orders from the app navigation. Only orders that contain product option customizations appear here — plain orders without options are left out to keep the list focused.

For each order you’ll see:

Use the search box to find an order by number or by a customization value.

The Orders page has an Export action in the top bar. It opens a dedicated export page that shows how many orders and line items are included, then a Download CSV button starts the download.

The file downloads directly to your computer, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

The export uses a one row per ordered item layout, which is what makes it useful for production sheets:

So if a customer ordered an engraved bracelet, you’ll see the engraving text, font, and any other options each in their own column, right next to the product and shipping details.

The export includes the shipping address for each order, split into separate columns for easy sorting and mail-merge:

Because address is order-level, every line-item row from the same order repeats that order’s address. Orders placed before address capture was added may have blank address fields; new orders always include it.

Shopify’s built-in order export keeps line-item customizations as a single combined properties field, which is hard to read and impossible to sort or filter by a specific option. This export breaks each option out into its own column, so you can filter by font, sort by size, or hand a clean production sheet to your team.
