Each plan has a cap on how many videos your account can store. This applies to the total number of videos across all sources and galleries.

What Happens When You Reach the Limit
Syncing pauses — New videos from YouTube won’t be imported until you free up space or upgrade
Existing videos stay — Nothing gets removed. Your galleries continue working with the videos already imported
You’ll get an email — The app sends a warning at 80% usage and another notification when you hit 100%
Freeing Up Space
Upgrade your plan — Go to Settings and select a higher plan. Syncing resumes immediately.
Delete videos you don’t need — Go to Videos, select the ones to remove, and delete them
Remove a source — Deleting a source removes all its videos, freeing up your quota
Checking Your Usage
Your current video count and limit are shown on the dashboard and in Settings under your plan details.
