Sync Frequency by Plan

Configuring Auto-Sync
Each gallery has its own sync settings:
Go to Galleries
Click on a gallery to edit it
Scroll to Auto-Sync Settings
Toggle Enable automatic syncing on
Select your preferred Sync Frequency
Click Save
Auto-sync is only available for galleries that use a YouTube source (channel or playlist).
Include Unlisted Videos
By default, only public videos sync. To include unlisted videos for a specific gallery:
Go to Galleries
Click on a gallery to edit it
Scroll to Auto-Sync Settings
Check Include unlisted videos
Click Save
Private videos never sync regardless of settings.
Preferred Sync Time (Unlimited Plan)
On the Unlimited plan, you can choose a specific hour for your gallery to sync each day:
Go to Galleries
Click on a gallery to edit it
Scroll to Auto-Sync Settings
Select a time from Preferred Sync Time
Click Save
This is useful if you want syncs to happen during off-peak hours or at a consistent time each day.
The preferred sync time is optional. If not set, syncs run at regular intervals based on your chosen frequency.
Manual Sync
To sync immediately without waiting:
Go to Sources
Click on a source
Click Sync
This syncs the source and updates all galleries that use it.
Video Limits
Syncing pauses when you reach your plan’s video limit:

Important: Videos are NOT automatically removed when you reach the limit. Syncing simply stops until you upgrade or delete videos.
Disabling Auto-Sync
To disable auto-sync for a specific gallery:
Go to Galleries
Click on a gallery to edit it
Scroll to Auto-Sync Settings
Toggle Enable automatic syncing off
Click Save
You can also set the Sync Frequency to a disabled state for the same effect.
