New Videos Not Appearing
Wait for auto-sync
Videos sync on a schedule based on your plan. For immediate sync, go to Sources and click Sync.
Check video limit
If at your plan’s limit, syncing pauses. Check dashboard for usage.
Check video privacy
Only Public videos sync by default. Private videos never sync. Unlisted videos only sync if enabled in Settings.
Check the source
Videos must be in the connected channel or playlist to sync.
Video Limit Reached
When at 100% of your limit:
Syncing pauses (both auto and manual)
Existing videos remain
Videos are NOT auto-removed
To resume syncing:
Upgrade your plan, OR
Delete videos you don’t need
Private Videos Not Syncing
Private videos cannot be synced. To include a video:
Change it to Public on YouTube, OR
Change it to Unlisted and enable “Include unlisted videos” in Settings
Manual Sync Not Working
Check:
Video limit not reached
YouTube account still connected
Source exists and is correct
Videos Disappeared
Possible causes:
Video deleted or made private on YouTube
Source was removed
Video removed from playlist (for playlist galleries)
