Galleries are collections of videos that you display on your store. You can create multiple galleries with different videos for different pages — for example, a “Product Demos” gallery on your product page and a “Latest Videos” gallery on your homepage.
Gallery Types
All Videos (Auto-sync) — Automatically includes every video from a connected YouTube channel. New uploads appear automatically.
Specific Playlist — Pulls videos from one YouTube playlist. The gallery stays in sync with that playlist.
Manual Selection — You hand-pick exactly which videos to include. Nothing changes unless you edit the gallery.
Creating a Gallery
Go to Galleries and click Create Gallery
Enter a name for the gallery
Select your YouTube channel
Choose a type: All Videos, Specific Playlist, or Manual Selection
For playlist galleries, select which playlist to use
For manual galleries, check the videos you want to include
Click Create Gallery
Gallery ID
Every gallery has a unique Gallery ID (shown on the gallery page). You’ll need this ID when adding the Video Gallery block to your theme. Click Copy next to the ID to copy it to your clipboard.
Sorting Videos
On the gallery page, use the Sort dropdown to change the display order:
Manually — drag and drop videos into your preferred order
Newest first / Oldest first — sort by publish date
Title A-Z / Title Z-A — sort alphabetically
The sort order is reflected on your storefront.
Adding a Gallery to Your Theme
Copy the Gallery ID from the gallery page
Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize
Navigate to the page you want
Click Add section or Add block and select Video Gallery from Apps
Paste the Gallery ID
Click Save
You can add the same gallery to multiple pages, or use different galleries on different pages.
Editing and Deleting
Edit — Click a gallery, make changes, and save
Delete — Click a gallery, then Delete. If this gallery was used in your theme, the block will show nothing until you remove it or assign a different Gallery ID.
