Listings Not Showing

If a listing’s option selectors are not appearing on your storefront, work through these checks in order.

1. Check the Theme Block

The app displays listings through a theme block on your product page template. If the block is not added, nothing will appear.

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes

  2. Click Customize on your active theme

  3. Navigate to a Product page template

  4. Look for the Combined Listings & Swatches block in the template sections

  5. If it is missing, click Add block and select it from the Apps section

  6. Click Save

2. Verify the Listing Is Active

Only Active listings display on the storefront. Draft listings are hidden.

  1. Open the app dashboard

  2. Find the listing in the table

  3. Check the status badge – it should say Active

  4. If it says Draft, click the badge to activate it

3. Check the Sync Status

After activating a listing, the app needs to sync data to Shopify. If the sync has not completed:

  1. Look for a “Syncing” indicator on the listing

  2. Wait a few moments and refresh the page

  3. Once the status shows Active without a syncing indicator, the data is ready

4. Verify Product Availability

The products in the listing must be active and available in your Shopify store.

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Products

  2. Check that each product in the listing has an Active status

  3. Make sure the products are available on your Online Store sales channel

5. Clear Cache

Your browser or Shopify’s CDN may be serving a cached version of the page.

  1. Clear your browser cache or open the page in a private/incognito window

  2. If your store uses a third-party caching service, purge the product page cache

6. Theme Compatibility

The theme block works with most Shopify themes. If none of the above steps resolve the issue:

  1. Test with a default Shopify theme (like Dawn) to rule out theme conflicts

  2. Check that your theme supports app blocks on product pages

  3. Older “vintage” themes that do not support Online Store 2.0 may not support app blocks

If the listing still does not appear after checking all of these, contact support at [email protected].
