What Happens at the Limit
When you reach your video limit:
Auto-sync pauses — New videos won’t sync from YouTube
Manual sync pauses — Clicking Sync won’t add new videos
Existing videos remain — Your current videos stay in galleries
Important: Videos are NEVER automatically removed to make room for new ones. Syncing simply stops.
Checking Your Usage
Your video count shows on the dashboard (e.g., “45 / 50 videos”).
Freeing Up Space
To resume syncing when at the limit:
Option 1: Upgrade your plan
Go to Settings or Plans
Select a higher plan
Syncing resumes immediately
Option 2: Delete videos
Go to Videos
Select videos to remove
Click Delete
Option 3: Remove a source
Go to Sources
Delete a source you don’t need
All videos from that source are removed
Notifications
You’ll receive emails when:
You reach 80% of your limit (warning)
You reach 100% of your limit (sync paused)
