Quantity settings control how priced option values are added to the cart. Whether an add-on should be purchased once or match the main product quantity, these settings ensure correct pricing and fulfillment.
Quantity Behaviors
Choose how the option quantity relates to the main product:
Add once only - The option is added once regardless of product quantity. Customer buys 3 shirts with gift wrapping? Gift wrapping is charged once.
Match main product quantity - The option quantity matches the product. Customer buys 3 shirts with monogramming? Monogramming is charged 3 times.
Fixed custom quantity - Always add a specific quantity. Useful for options that come in sets (e.g., always add 4 buttons).
Let customer choose quantity - Customer enters their desired quantity. Good for add-on products where customers might want multiples.
