Installing and Managing Apps
Public Apps - Install directly from the Shopify App Store like any other app. You'll see them in your Shopify admin under Apps.

Private Apps - Access through your Pasilobus merchant dashboard at merchant.pasilobus.com. These won't appear in the regular Shopify App Store since they're exclusive to our merchants.

Each app bills monthly and can be activated or paused based on your needs. For example, you might only run Announcer during sale periods.

Requesting Features
Found something missing? Need a specific function? Feature requests work differently based on your plan:
All merchants can suggest features for public apps
Premium Plus merchants can request custom private app features
Popular requests often become new public apps
Submit feature requests through your merchant dashboard under "Feature Requests."
