Public Apps
Go to Shopify Admin β Apps
Click "Delete" on the app
Billing stops immediately
π‘ Tip: You can reinstall the app anytime. Your data will temporarily remain unless you specifically request deletion.
Private Apps
Request removal through support
We'll coordinate timing
Export your data first
β οΈ Warning: When we remove a private app, it's deleted from our infrastructure entirely - not just disconnected from your store. Since these apps are custom-built and occupy resources on our servers, removal means complete deletion. If you wanted the same functionality again later, it would require rebuilding and redeploying to our infrastructure as a new project.

β οΈ Early Termination: If you're on an annual or 6-month Store Care contract and cancel early, you're still responsible for the remaining contract value. Monthly plans can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
