PAI is available wherever you work - in your apps, dashboard, email, or through support. Access it the way that's most convenient for you.

In Pasilobus Apps

Look for the PAI button (sparkle icon ✨) in:

  • App dashboards

  • Settings pages

  • Content editors

  • Help sections

In Your Merchant Dashboard

Access PAI from:

  • Top navigation bar

  • Quick actions menu

  • Support section

Via Email

Send requests to [email protected]:

  • Include your store domain

  • Ask questions or request content

  • Available to all merchants

  • Response time based on your support tier

Through Support Widget

  • Click the chat widget on any Pasilobus page

  • Select "Ask PAI"

  • Type your question

  • Get instant responses

Enhanced PAI Features

Store Care Plus and Complete members get:

  • Priority processing

  • Advanced capabilities

  • More complex operations

  • Higher request limits
