Track wishlist performance and understand customer behavior with detailed reports.

Wishlist reports reveal what your customers want—even before they buy. See which products are most saved, track conversion from wishlist to purchase, and identify trends that inform your inventory and marketing decisions.

Events Overview

Access your reports dashboard:

  1. Go to Wishlist > Reports

  2. View the events summary

  3. Click any metric to see detailed data

The reports dashboard shows:

  • Total wishlist events over time

  • Conversion funnel metrics

  • Top performing products

  • Customer engagement trends

Filtering by Date and Event Type

Customize your report view with date range filters (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range) and event type filters (Added, Removed, Viewed, Shared, Purchased). Combine filters to analyze specific behaviors.

Product Performance Insights

Understand which products drive wishlist activity:

  • Most Wishlisted - Products added to wishlists most frequently. These are highly desired items.

  • Highest Conversion - Products most likely to be purchased after wishlisting.

  • Longest Saved - Products saved longest before purchase. May indicate price sensitivity or seasonal demand.

  • Recently Trending - Products gaining wishlist activity in the past week.

Click any product to see its full wishlist history.

Exporting Data

Download your data for external analysis:

  1. Set your desired filters

  2. Click Export

  3. Choose format:

    • CSV - Spreadsheet-compatible

    • JSON - For developers

  4. Download begins automatically

Exported data includes:

  • Event type and timestamp

  • Product details

  • Customer information (if available)

  • Session data

Use exports for:

  • Custom analytics dashboards

  • Email marketing campaigns

  • Inventory planning

  • Customer segmentation
