The dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of what’s happening with your inventory right now — what’s in progress, what’s been done today, and what’s waiting to be received.
The Four Summary Cards
At the top of the dashboard you’ll see four numbers at a glance:
Active Scans — scan sessions currently in progress. Click to open them.
Items Today — how many items have been scanned today compared to yesterday.
Completed — scan sessions finished this week compared to last week.
Pending POs — purchase orders that have been sent to a supplier but not yet fully received. Click to see the list.
The Scan History Table
Below the cards, the table lists your recent scan sessions. Each row shows the session name, type (Receiving, Count, or Transfer), status, location, number of items scanned, and when it was created.
Click any row to open that session. Click a column header to sort by that column.
Filtering the List
Use the tabs above the table to filter by session type — All, Receiving, Counts, or Transfers. The search field lets you find a specific session by name, location, or ID.
Starting a New Scan
Click New Stock Scan in the top right to start a new session. You’ll choose the type (Receiving, Count, or Transfer) and the location you’re working with.
The Sidebar
Use the sidebar to navigate between the main sections of the app:
Stock Takes — the full list of all scan sessions with pagination
Purchase Orders — create and manage supplier orders
Suppliers — your supplier contact list
Settings — app preferences and account details
