File galleries let customers choose from pre-uploaded images instead of uploading their own. Create galleries of clip art, monogram styles, or design templates that customers can browse and select from.

What Are File Galleries

File galleries are collections of images you upload in advance. When linked to a file upload option, customers see a visual picker instead of a file upload field. They browse your images and select one—making the customization process easier and more consistent.

Creating a Gallery

  1. Go to Galleries in the app

  2. Click Create Gallery

  3. Enter a gallery name

  4. Upload images by dragging or clicking to select

  5. Save the gallery

You can add, remove, or replace images at any time.

Organizing with Tags

Add tags to gallery images for filtering:

  1. Click an image in the gallery

  2. Add one or more tags (e.g., “sports”, “floral”, “holiday”)

  3. Use tags to show only relevant images for specific options

When linking a gallery to an option, you can filter by tags so customers only see appropriate choices.

Linking to File Upload Options

Connect a gallery to a file upload option:

  1. Create or edit a file upload option

  2. Scroll to File Gallery

  3. Enable Enable File Gallery

  4. Select the gallery from the dropdown

  5. Optionally enter tags to filter images

  6. Save the option

Customers now see a visual picker with your gallery images instead of a file upload field.

Gallery Pricing

Control whether gallery selections add cost:

  • With pricing - Each gallery image can have its own price, or inherit from the option

  • No additional price - Enable “No Additional Price for Gallery Images” to make gallery selections free

Plan Requirements

File galleries require the Unlimited plan.
