Location Details

Each location can include contact info, business hours, social media links, images, and custom fields to help customers find your stores.

Contact Information

Each location can include:

  • Phone number - Displays as a clickable link so customers can tap to call on mobile

  • Email address - Opens the customer’s email app

  • Website - Links to a location-specific page, opens in a new tab

Business Hours

Set regular operating hours for each location. Customers will see when the store is open or closed.

  1. Open a location and go to the Business Hours section

  2. Check Enable business hours

  3. Set opening and closing times for each day of the week

  4. Mark days as Closed when the location is not open

Business hours are available on Growth plans and above.

Special Hours

Override regular hours for holidays or special events. Special hours take priority over regular business hours on the specified date.

  1. Scroll to the Special Hours section below Business Hours

  2. Click Add Special Hours

  3. Pick a date, set the hours or mark as closed, and add a label (e.g. “Christmas”)

Social Media Links

Add social media profiles for each location. Supported platforms:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Twitter / X

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

  • LinkedIn

Social media links are shown when customers view the location details.

Social media links are available on Growth plans and above.

Location Logo

Upload a logo or photo for each location. The image displays on the location card and helps customers identify the store.

Location logos are available on paid plans.

Image Gallery

Upload up to 10 images per location to give customers a better look at your store.

  1. Open a location and scroll to Image Gallery

  2. Upload images using the file picker

  3. To remove an image, check the Remove box next to it and save

The image gallery is available on Premium and Advanced plans.

Custom Fields & Filters

Add custom information specific to your business, like amenities, services, or any other details. Custom fields can be text, links, or checkboxes that double as filters on the store locator.

Manage your custom fields in Custom Fields from the navigation menu, then fill in values on each location.

Custom fields are available on paid plans.

Driving Directions

When enabled, each location popup includes a “Get Directions” link that opens in Google Maps or Apple Maps depending on the customer’s device.

Enable or disable this in Settings > Search & Display Settings.

Driving directions are available on Premium and Advanced plans.
