Creating a New Location
From the dashboard, click Locations in the navigation
Click Add Location in the top right
Fill in the location details
Click Save
Address Entry
Enter your location’s address in the address fields:
Address Line 1 - Street address (required)
Address Line 2 - Suite, unit, or floor number
City - City name
State/Province - State or province
Postal Code - ZIP or postal code
Country - Country name
The app automatically geocodes addresses to get latitude and longitude coordinates for map placement. You can also enter coordinates manually if needed.
Setting Business Hours
Configure when each location is open:
For each day of the week, set the opening and closing times
Toggle days off to mark the location as closed
Use the same hours for multiple days by clicking Copy to all
Business hours display on location cards and help customers know when to visit.
Contact Information
Add ways for customers to reach the location:
Phone - Primary phone number
Email - Contact email address
Website - Location-specific website (optional)
Location Visibility
Control whether a location appears in your store locator:
Visible - Location shows on the map and in search results
Hidden - Location is saved but not displayed to customers
Use hidden status for locations that are temporarily closed or not yet ready to publish.
Location Image
Upload a photo to help customers identify the location. Images display on location cards and detail views.
