B2b Features

Advanced features for wholesale and business-to-business stores.

B2B buyers shop differently from retail shoppers. They reorder the same products on a schedule, add dozens of items in one session, and often need a manager to sign off before placing the order. These features turn the wishlist into a wholesale-ready tool so your buyers spend less time clicking and more time ordering.

Turn on order forms

Order forms let buyers add many products in one go with quantity inputs and a running total.

  1. Go to Wishlist > B2B

  2. Turn on Order forms

  3. Click Save

Once on, the order form shows the product name and SKU, variant options, a quantity input per row, a running total, and a single bulk Add to cart button.

Turn on CSV import

CSV import lets buyers upload a spreadsheet of SKUs and have those products land in their wishlist.

  1. Go to Wishlist > B2B

  2. Turn on CSV import

  3. Click Save

Buyers will see an Import button on their wishlist page. They upload a CSV like this:

sku,quantity
ABC-123,1
DEF-456,5

Wishlist matches the SKUs against your catalog and adds the products to the active list.

Common B2B uses

  • Reorder lists — Buyers keep a list of products they order regularly and refresh their cart from it.

  • Project lists — Construction or design teams group products by project.

  • Approval flow — Junior buyers build a list and pass it to a manager to review before ordering.

  • Quote requests — Buyers assemble a list and request wholesale pricing.

  • Team collaboration — Multiple buyers contribute to a shared list for the company.

Order forms and CSV import are available on the Plus plan.
