Requesting Custom Features

Need something that doesn't exist yet? Here's how to request custom features for Pasilobus apps - whether for our public apps or as private app development.

Types of Feature Requests

Public App Enhancements

Suggest improvements to our existing apps in the Shopify App Store. These benefit all users once implemented.

Private App Development

Request custom functionality built specifically for your store on our infrastructure (requires Store Care Complete).

Bug Fixes

Report issues that need fixing - these aren't features, but problems preventing normal operation.

What We Can't Build

Some requests we cannot fulfill:

  • Features violating Shopify's terms

  • Functionality requiring customer passwords

  • Payment processing modifications

  • Anything illegal or unethical

  • Features that would break other apps

  • Changes to Shopify's core platform

What Happens After Requesting

Your request joins our product roadmap considerations. We review all requests but don't provide individual responses or updates. If your feature gets built, you'll see it in:

  • App update notifications

  • New version releases

  • Feature announcements

We can't respond to every individual request, but we do read and consider them all when planning updates.
