Your Dashboard

Understand your dashboard and track your store's performance.

The dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of how customers are interacting with your store — product views, visitor counts, and browsing patterns.

Active Customers

The Active Customers (Last 30 Days) metric shows how many unique customers have viewed products on your store. This number is used for billing — each customer is counted once per billing cycle, no matter how many times they visit.

The Active Customers Today comparison shows today’s unique visitors compared to yesterday, helping you spot traffic trends.

Views Today

This shows the total number of product views tracked today. One customer viewing three products counts as three views. This helps you understand browsing activity beyond just customer count.

Trending Products

The dashboard highlights your top 5 most viewed products over the last 30 days. This quick insight shows you what’s catching customers’ attention.

Plan Usage

The usage bar shows how many unique customers you’ve tracked this billing cycle compared to your plan’s limit.

When you approach your limit, consider upgrading to a higher plan. If you exceed your limit, overage charges apply based on your plan’s per-visitor rate.

Social Proof Settings

The Settings page includes controls for all social proof widgets:

  • Live visitor count — active window, fallback behavior, threshold

  • Cart activity — fallback behavior, threshold

  • Sales count badge — count window (7, 30, or 90 days)

  • Recent purchase popup — name display, history window, page targeting

Each widget can be enabled or disabled independently. All settings are under Settings > Social proof widgets.
