Video Limits

Video storage limits by plan

Each plan has a cap on how many videos your account can store. This applies to the total number of videos across all sources and galleries.

Limits by Plan

Plan Video Limit
Free 50 videos
Growth 500 videos

What Happens When You Reach the Limit

  • Importing stops at the cap — If your channel has 500 videos and your plan allows 50, the sync imports 50 and stops there. The remaining 450 stay on YouTube and never enter the app, so they can't appear in a gallery
  • You get the newest videos — YouTube returns your uploads newest-first, so the videos you keep are your most recent ones
  • Existing videos stay put — Nothing gets removed, and a new upload never pushes an older video out. Your storefront stays stable instead of silently reshuffling when you post
  • Titles and thumbnails still update — Videos already imported keep syncing their details from YouTube, even while the account is at its cap
  • The app tells you — A banner on your dashboard, galleries, and videos pages names how many videos aren't being displayed, the sync screen shows the same while it's running, and the Videos figure on your dashboard switches to your synced count over your channel's real total (for example, 50 / 500)
  • You get a monthly email — While your account sits at its cap with videos still on YouTube, we email you once every 30 days with the numbers. It stops when you upgrade or the extra videos are no longer there

Freeing Up Space

  • Upgrade your plan — Go to Settings and select a higher plan. Syncing resumes immediately.
  • Delete videos you don't need — Go to Videos, select the ones to remove, and delete them
  • Remove a source — Deleting a source removes all its videos, freeing up your quota

Checking Your Usage

The Videos figure on your dashboard shows where you stand. Under your limit it reads as your count over your plan's cap — 42 / 50 — with a badge once you pass 80%. Once the cap is holding videos back, it switches to your synced count over the number of videos actually on your channel — 50 / 500 — so you can see what upgrading would add. Your plan details in Settings show the same limit.
