Product Comparison lets shoppers tick Compare on a few products and see them side by side in one table. It works with your products as soon as you switch it on — there is nothing to build first.

Step 1: Turn on Product Comparison

1. Open the app. On Home, the guide Get Product Comparison running shows three steps.
2. Click Turn on in theme. Your theme editor opens on App embeds with Product comparison switched on.
3. Click Save.

That one switch adds:

• a Compare checkbox on product cards (collection pages, search results and product grids on your home page),
• a Compare button under Add to cart on every product page,
• the compare tray that slides up as shoppers pick products,
• the comparison table, with Highlight differences and Add to cart for each product.

Come back to the app: the step ticks itself.

Step 2: Customize the look

Click Customize. The Customize page shows three of your own products the way shoppers see them. Tick Compare on a card to fill the tray, and switch to Comparison to see the table. Change the button text, the accent colour or the number of products compared at once, then click Save. Your storefront updates within a few seconds.

You can keep the defaults — opening the page is enough to tick this step.

Step 3: Try it on your store

Click Open your store, tick Compare on two products and click Compare in the tray. The step ticks itself once your store has recorded it.

Moving the product page button

The button sits under Add to cart by default. To put it somewhere else, open Customize → Where shoppers see Compare → Place the button yourself in the theme editor, drag the Compare button block where you want it and save. The block then replaces the automatic button.
