Plans

Everything in the app works the same way on every plan. What changes is how many listings you can have, and which of the extra tools are switched on.

Everything in the app works the same way on every plan. What changes is how many listings you can have, and which of the extra tools are switched on.

You will see every feature in the app whichever plan you are on. The ones your plan does not include are greyed out and say so when you hover over them, so nothing is hidden from you — you can always see what is there before deciding whether it is worth upgrading for.

What each plan includes

Starter

  • Up to 10 listings

  • Swatches on product pages and collection pages

  • Import and export by CSV

  • Uploading a folder of swatch images in one go

Growth — everything in Starter, plus

  • Up to 100 listings

  • Value order: put an option’s values in a set order — A to Z, by price, or in stock first

Advanced — everything in Growth, plus

  • Up to 1,000 listings

  • Badges: mark a value as Most popular, New or Limited

  • The automatic Most popular badge, which follows what your customers actually look at

Premium — everything in Advanced, plus

  • Unlimited listings

  • Split a product: turn one product’s variants into separate products, each with its own page and web address

On every plan

These are not tied to a plan at all:

  • Creating listings and grouping products

  • Choosing how each option looks — color swatches, image swatches, text buttons or a dropdown

  • Swatch order, which sets the order products appear in within a listing

  • Grouping products in bulk by their names

  • Scanning your catalog for products that could be grouped

  • Translations

Changing plan

Open Settings, then Billing. Changes take effect straight away.

If you drop to a lower plan, nothing you have set up is deleted. Badges and value orders you chose are kept and simply stop being used, and they come back exactly as they were if you move back up.

Listing limits

The listing count is the number of listings you have, not the number of products in them. A listing holding forty products counts as one.

If you reach your limit, existing listings keep working — you just cannot create another until you remove one or move up a plan.
