Multi Ship lets your customers ship items to multiple addresses in a single checkout. After installing, you will enable the app on your storefront so customers can see the split shipping option on your cart page.

Click “Add app” on the Multi Ship listing and approve the installation. You will be redirected to the app inside your Shopify admin.

On first launch, Multi Ship walks you through a short setup wizard. You will select which theme to activate the app on, then enable the app embed. The app embed is what injects the split shipping checkbox (or button) onto your cart page.

The wizard takes you to your theme’s App Embeds settings. Toggle Multi Ship on and click Save. Without this step, nothing will appear on your storefront.

Return to the app and click Complete. The app verifies that the embed is active on your chosen theme. Once confirmed, setup is done.

With the embed enabled, customers shopping on your store will see a split shipping option on the cart page whenever they have two or more items. You can further customize the experience from Settings inside the app, including display mode, accent color, gift notes, and translations.

If you switch themes later, revisit the app to re-enable the embed on your new theme.
