To uninstall any Pasilobus app, simply remove it from your Shopify store. No additional steps are needed on our end.
This process applies to both our public apps from the Shopify App Store and custom apps built specifically for your store.
Before you uninstall:
If your app contains any settings, data, or configurations you may need later, we recommend backing up that data before uninstalling. Some of our apps offer an export feature — check your app's settings for available export options.
To remove the app:
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Find the app you want to remove.
Click the app, then select Uninstall.
What happens when you uninstall:
Your subscription is canceled immediately — you won't be charged again.
Your app data is retained for 48 hours after uninstallation. If you reinstall the app within that window, all your settings and data will be restored. After 48 hours, your data is permanently deleted.
