Alert Requests is your list of every customer who has signed up to be notified when a product comes back in stock. It’s the central record of customer interest across your store.
What You’ll See
Each row in the list shows:
Customer email — the address the notification will be sent to
Product and variant — which specific item they want (e.g. Blue T-Shirt / Large)
Status — where the request currently sits
Date signed up — when the customer submitted the form
Understanding Statuses
Pending — the customer signed up but hasn’t confirmed their email yet. No notification will be sent until they verify.
Active — the signup is confirmed and the customer will be notified when the product restocks.
Notified — the customer has already been sent a restock email for this request.
Unsubscribed — the customer opted out and will not receive further notifications.
Managing Requests
You can take the following actions on any request:
View — see the full details of the signup, including any attached offer and how many notifications have been sent.
Edit — update the customer’s email address or other details if needed.
Delete — remove a signup entirely. Use this if a customer asks to be removed or if the entry is a duplicate.
Filtering and Searching
Use the search and filter options at the top of the list to find requests by product, email address, or status. This is helpful when a customer contacts you to ask about their notification.
