Multiple Lists

Allow customers to organize their saved items into multiple wishlists.

Updated this week

Multiple lists let customers organize saved items by occasion, room, recipient, or any category that makes sense for them. Birthday gift ideas, home renovation projects, holiday shopping—customers can keep everything tidy and find items faster when they’re ready to buy.

Enabling Multiple Lists

  1. Go to Wishlist > Lists & Guests

  2. Toggle Enable Multiple Lists ON

  3. Click Save

Once enabled, customers can create and manage multiple wishlists.

Note: Multiple lists is available on Core plan and above.

How Customers Use Multiple Lists

Creating a list: Customer clicks “Create New List” on their wishlist page, enters a name (e.g., “Birthday Ideas”), and the new list becomes active.

Managing lists: Customers can rename lists by clicking the name, delete lists they no longer need, and drag to reorder them.

Moving items: Select items, click “Move to List”, choose the destination, and items move instantly.

Default List Behavior

Configure what happens when customers add items:

  • Always Use Default - Items go to the default “Wishlist” automatically. Simple and fast.

  • Ask Every Time - A dropdown appears asking which list to add to. Better for active list users.

  • Remember Last Used - Items go to the most recently used list. Good middle ground.

Configure this in Wishlist > Lists & Guests.

Plan Requirements (Core+)

Multiple lists is included in:

  • Core plan - Up to 3 lists per customer

  • Advanced plan - Up to 10 lists per customer

  • Plus plan - Unlimited lists

Upgrade your plan in Wishlist > Account to enable or expand this feature.
