Multiple Lists

Allow customers to organize their saved items into multiple wishlists.

A single wishlist works fine until shoppers start saving for different occasions — birthday gifts, holiday shopping, a home renovation project. When everything piles into one list, shoppers can’t find anything and stop coming back. Multiple lists let them keep things organized by occasion, room, recipient, or whatever makes sense to them.

Turn multiple lists on

  1. Go to Wishlist > Lists & Guests

  2. Turn on Allow multiple lists

  3. Click Save

This setting is available on the Core plan and above.

What shoppers can do

  • Create a list — Click Create new list on the wishlist page and give it a name (for example, “Birthday ideas”). The new list becomes active.

  • Rename or delete — Click the list name to rename it, or remove lists they no longer need.

  • Move items between lists — Select items, click Move to list, and pick the destination.

Decide where new saves go

When shoppers tap the wishlist button or icon, you can pick which list the item lands in. Go to Wishlist > Storefront, find the First click option:

  • Add to default list — Items go to the default wishlist instantly. Simple and fast.

  • Ask which list — A picker opens so the shopper picks the list. Best when shoppers actively use multiple lists.
