Layout Options
Products to Show
Choose how many products appear in the widget. Most stores show between 4 and 8 products. Showing too many can make the widget overwhelming, while too few may not give customers enough to browse.
Grid Columns
Set how many columns the products display in. For most desktop screens, 4 columns works well. You can set a different number of columns for mobile devices.
Image Ratio
Control how product images are cropped:
Square: All images cropped to a square shape
Portrait: Taller images, good for clothing and fashion
Adapt to image: Uses each product’s original aspect ratio
Carousel Mode
Enable carousel mode to let customers scroll through products horizontally instead of seeing them in a grid.
Carousel Settings
When carousel is enabled, you have additional options:
Show Arrows: Display navigation arrows on the sides
Auto-rotate: Automatically cycle through products
Loop: When reaching the end, continue from the beginning
On mobile devices, customers can swipe through products whether carousel mode is on or off.
Styling
Heading Text
Change the widget title to match your store’s voice. The default is “Recently Viewed” but you can use something like “You’ve Been Browsing” or “Pick Up Where You Left Off”.
Colors
Adjust colors to match your theme:
Background: The color behind the widget
Text: Product titles and descriptions
Button: Add-to-cart or view product buttons
What to Display
Toggle which product information appears:
Price: Show or hide product prices
Vendor: Show or hide the brand/vendor name
Sale badge: Highlight products that are on sale
Mobile Settings
Columns on Mobile
Control how many columns appear on smaller screens. One or two columns usually works best for phones.
Touch Swiping
Enable swipe gestures so mobile customers can easily browse through products by swiping left and right.
