Understanding the Metrics

Views

How many times the product appeared in the Recently Viewed widget across all customers. A high view count means many customers are browsing this product.

Clicks

How many times customers clicked on the product from the Recently Viewed widget to view it again. Clicks indicate strong interest—customers who click are considering the product.

Click Rate

The percentage of views that resulted in clicks. For example, if a product had 100 views and 15 clicks, the click rate is 15%.

A higher click rate suggests the product is particularly appealing to returning customers. Use this to identify products that might benefit from promotions or featured placement.

Using Analytics Data

Products with high views but low click rates may need better images or pricing. Products with high click rates are good candidates for upselling or featuring in marketing campaigns.

Analytics data is available from the time you installed the app. Historical data from before installation is not available.
