What is the Admin Block Extension?
The Admin Block Extension adds a Recently Viewed card to the Shopify Admin customer details page. This lets you see what products a customer has browsed without leaving the Shopify Admin.
Adding the Block (One-Time Setup)
You need to manually add the block to see it. This is a one-time setup that takes 30 seconds.
In your Shopify Admin:
Go to Customers → Select any customer
Scroll to Blocks section
Click Add Block
Select Recently Viewed
That's it! The block now appears on all customer pages automatically.

What You'll See
Once added, the Recently Viewed block shows:
Up to 5 most recently viewed products with:
Product thumbnail (40x40px)
Product name
Newest products first
View All button at the bottom:
Opens full customer activity page in the app
Shows complete browsing history
Displays detailed statistics (total views, unique products viewed)
