Install the App from Shopify App Store
Visit the Shopify App Store: Log into your Shopify admin account, select Apps from the sidebar, and click on Visit Shopify App Store.
Search for Wishlist Pro: In the search bar, type "Wishlist Pro" and press Enter. Locate the app in the search results.
Install the App: Open the app page to review its features, pricing, and customer reviews. When you're ready, click Add app.
Activate the App: You will be redirected to your Shopify admin dashboard. Grant the necessary permissions by clicking Install app.
Complete Integration Steps
Upon installation, you will see welcome screen below:
To ensure Wishlist Pro is fully integrated with your store, please complete the steps in each card:
Choose Your Theme
On the first welcome card, select your Shopify theme. This choice determines where Wishlist Pro’s features will appear.
Why Choosing a Theme Matters?
Designated Display: The theme you select is where all Wishlist Pro functionalities—like the wishlist button on product pages and customer account pages—will appear. This ensures a consistent look and feel that matches your store’s design.
Future Theme Changes: If you decide to switch themes later, you will need to reactivate Wishlist Pro on the new theme. This step ensures that the app's features are properly applied and visible on your updated storefront.
Enable the App in Theme Settings
This step connects the app to your chosen theme. If you change to a new theme later, you’ll need to enable the app again in that new theme.
1. Click "Activate the App" button in the second card.
2. In the theme editor, find the app block or app settings section and enable the app, then save.

Add a “Wishlist” Button to Product Pages
Let your customers easily add products to their lists. Add a wishlist button directly on product pages.
1. Click “Add Button” on the third card
2. In your theme editor and place the wishlist button on your product pages.
3. Choose a button style (plain, solid, link, or icon), then drag and drop it in your desired position. Customize colors and other settings.
Add a Wishlist Page to Customer Accounts
Give your customers direct access to their wishlists in their online account. This makes it easy for them to track and manage saved products.
Make sure your store uses the Shopify's new customer accounts feature. Then, add the app block to your customer accounts to let shoppers view and manage their wishlists.
1. In the theme editor sidebar, look for “Customer Accounts” app blocks. Choose “Wishlist Portal.
2. To make the wishlist page visible, add it to your navigation menu under “Customer Accounts.” Click “Add to Menu.”
3. Customize the link text, then save your changes.
Add a Wishlist Block to Your Shopify Admin
This optional step adds a widget to your Shopify Admin, so you can quickly see any shopper’s wishlist from within the customer profile page.
1. In Shopify Admin, go to “Customers” and select a customer. Make sure at least one customer exists.
2. Scroll to the “App Blocks” section, then add “Customer’s Lists Block.” You can also pin the block to keep it visible.
