Install Login as Customer and get it running on your store
Login as Customer lets you and your staff see your storefront exactly as one of your customers sees it: their account page, their orders, their prices. You start a session from the customer's page in your Shopify admin, and the app signs you in to the storefront as that customer using Shopify Multipass.
Install the app
Install Login as Customer from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, the app opens in your Shopify admin.
Add your Multipass secret
Multipass is available on Shopify Plus stores that use classic customer accounts. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Customer accounts, turn on Multipass and copy the secret. Paste it into the app's dashboard and save. Until the secret is saved, the app cannot start a customer session.
Turn on the storefront banner
The app embed shows a "Logged in as" banner with a logout link at the top of your storefront while you are signed in as a customer. Turn it on from the setup guide on the app's dashboard, which opens your theme editor with the embed selected.
Log in as a customer
Open any customer in your Shopify admin and choose More actions > Login as Customer. The storefront opens signed in as that customer. Every session is listed under View Login History on the dashboard.
Plans
The Free plan includes 10 customer logins a month and shows your 10 most recent logins. The Pro plan has unlimited logins and the full login history.
