Step 1: Visit the Shopify App Store
Start by visiting the Shopify App Store.
You can also do this by logging into your Shopify admin account, selecting 'Apps' from the sidebar, and then clicking on 'Visit Shopify App Store'.
Step 2: Search for Pasilobus Announcer
Once you're in the Shopify App Store, you can find the Pasilobus Announcer by typing it into the search bar. After the search results appear, click on the Pasilobus Announcer listing.
Step 3: Install the App
On the Pasilobus Announcer app page, click the 'Add app' button. Shopify will then prompt you to confirm the installation. Click on 'Install app' to proceed.
Step 4: Activation
After successful installation, the app will ask you to activate the app in Shopify Theme editor. Click "Activate" and save your Shopify theme.
Then come back to the installation step and click "I have done this"
Step 5: Add your first announcement
Click "Add Announcement" and add your first announcement.
Next click "Settings" > "Customize". The Shopify theme editor will open for you to preview the announcement bar.
Step 6: Customize Colors
Use the left sidebar to make visiual changes as you see fit. The settings only apply to Announcer and your store's general settings won't apply to the app except the font style. The app will inherit your store's font automatically.
