Using Templates

Countdown Timer & Announcer includes 40+ pre-designed announcement templates. Each template comes with message text, a color scheme, and styling that you can use as-is or customize to match your brand. Templates are available on all plans.

From the dashboard, click Browse 40+ Templates (or click Create Announcement and select Choose Template). The gallery shows templates organized by category:

  • Sales & Discounts – flash sales, percentage off, BOGO, clearance

  • Shipping – free shipping thresholds, express shipping, delivery guarantees

  • Holidays – Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Back to School

  • New Products – product launches, new collections, restocks, limited editions

  • Store Updates – store hours, policy changes, location announcements

  • Urgency – limited time offers, low stock warnings, countdown promotions

Pick a Template

Scroll through the gallery or filter by category. Click a template to see a full preview with the colors and message text. When you find one you like, click Use This Template. The template loads into the announcement editor with all settings pre-filled.

Customize It

Everything in the template can be changed:

  • Message text – replace the placeholder copy with your own

  • Link text and URL – point to the right page on your store

  • Colors – swap in your brand colors

  • Style, position, alignment – adjust any design setting

  • Visibility – choose which pages show the announcement

Templates are starting points, not locked designs.

Save and Publish

  1. Give the announcement a name (for your own reference)

  2. Click Save Announcement

  3. Click Activate Now to go live, or Schedule to set a future start date

If you find a template you want to reuse later, publish it once and then use the Duplicate feature to create variations quickly.
