At Pasilobus, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-tailored services and innovative app solutions. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established a strict No Refund Policy for all our services and app subscriptions.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Custom and Non-Reversible Services:
Many of our services involve bespoke work that is fully delivered upon completion, making refunds inappropriate.
Subscription-Based Apps:
Our apps operate on a subscription model that covers ongoing maintenance, updates, and support. Once a subscription period begins, the charges are final.
Service Transparency:
We provide clear terms, deliverables, and pricing upfront, ensuring you are fully informed before committing.
Resource Allocation:
Our team dedicates time and resources as soon as a service or subscription is initiated; refunds would undermine this planning and effort.
Policy Terms
Custom Services:
Payments for custom services are non-refundable once work commences.
If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, refunds may be considered at Pasilobus’s discretion, minus any administrative fees.
App Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
Trial periods, if available, allow you to evaluate the app before committing. After the trial, charges become final.
No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of services or subscriptions.
Dispute Resolution
Open Communication:
If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can work towards a resolution.
Support Periods:
Many of our services include post-delivery support to resolve minor issues, ensuring your continued satisfaction.
Resolution Before Refund Requests:
We require all reasonable efforts to resolve any issues directly with us before considering any refund-related discussions.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where:
A service could not be initiated due to circumstances beyond our control.
Technical errors or double charges occur during the billing process.
