Adding Store Locator to Your Theme
After installation, add the Store Locator app block to your theme. You can either create a dedicated store locator page or add the block to an existing page.
Create a Dedicated Page
The recommended approach is to create a dedicated page for your store locator:
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages
Click Add page
Enter a title such as “Store Locator” or “Find a Store”
Click Save
Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on your active theme
In the theme editor, use the page dropdown at the top to navigate to your new page
Click Add section
Under Apps, select Store Locator
Click Save
Add to an Existing Page
You can also add the store locator to any existing page:
Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize
Navigate to the page where you want the store locator (e.g., Contact page)
Click Add section or Add block
Under Apps, select Store Locator
Position the block where you want it to appear
Click Save
Add to Your Navigation Menu
Make it easy for customers to find your store locator:
Go to Online Store > Navigation
Select the menu to edit (e.g., Main menu or Footer menu)
Click Add menu item
Enter a name like “Locations” or “Find a Store”
Link to the store locator page you created
Click Save menu
